Taco Salad: Romaine, Carrots, Tomatoes, Green Onions, Olives, Kidney & Pinto Beans, Mozzarella Cheese, Avocado, Roasted Chicken & Tortilla Chips.
Avocado Dressing: Use an immersion blender and blend: 2 avocados, salt, pepper, 1 garlic clove, 1 1/2 limes, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, green onions.
