Muffin pan frittata!!!



These are perfect size and really easy and good!!! Everyone liked them, and they are great for the next morning too!! Another great way to sneak veggies in.


Eggs (9)

Sausage (cooked)

Ground beef (cooked)

Spinach (chopped)

Red Bell Pepper (chopped)

Carrots (shredded)

Chives (Chopped)

Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

Cottage Cheese

375 degrees for about 35 minutes (until not bubbling and slightly brown)

Coat muffin pan with cooking spray

I assemble all the ingredients in the muffin pan except the whisked eggs those go on last and then stir to combine.

No exact way for portions. I just go on how much of something I want in the frittata.
