Ground Beef and Sausage Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2lbs. Laura’s Lean Ground Beef

1lb. Ground Sausage

1 cup Bread Crumbs (Use the food processor to chop up some of your own bread)

1-8oz. can Tomato Sauce

Salt 

Pepper

2Tbsp. Worcheshire Sauce

1 egg

3- Carrots (Shredded)

1 Red Bell Pepper

1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Topping last 10 minutes of cooking:  Mixture of ketchup and brown sugar to your taste.

400 degrees for 1 hr. and 15 min.

Made this while my Mother-In-Law was in town.  She requested Meatloaf and she loved it.  Even had it for breakfast the next day before her flight out.  My husband can eat the whole meatloaf!!!! On the other hand my daughter not a big fan. Nana joined us and thought it tasted good.  Very good and simple.  Everyone has their own opinions.  Mine, I tend to like most meatloaf especially if it has sausage in there.
