Made one for myself and one for my Husband!!!

2-apples

2-pears

5-celery stalks

8-carrots

1 large bunch of spinach

1-lemon

1-grapefruit

4-cuties

    I make these all the time and add frozen blueberries (From Costco) and frozen strawberries (from Costco) kale, spinach, carrots, beets, celery water, ice, protein powder. We think this is a fabulous way to get digestsive enzymes and vitamins that have not been destroyed buy cooking. So glad you are giving you body all this healthy food.
    (We are the couple that sit behind your mom at church and live behind her).
