Gnocchi & Bacon Gratin with Garlic Bechamel

This was very tasty!!  I used sausage instead of bacon and it made it a little bit darker in color. And substituted 1/2 & 1/2 instead of milk.  Really good!!  Kind of reminds me of a biscuits and gravy taste!!! YUM!!!  Everyone enjoyed this!!  Even good the next day!!!
