Pork Tenderloin

One of my favorites to make and eat!!!!!  So tender and juicy!!!  We all love this!! Nana was over for dinner and liked it as well.  So easy to make!!

Ingredients:

Marinade:

Pinch of Basil and Oregano

1 can of Coconut Milk (Trader Joe’s)

A couple splashes of Worcheshire Sauce and Soy Sauce

Sea Salt & Pepper

Garlic

Marinate for 1/2 a day in a baking dish in the refrigerator.

Place in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes to 1 hour (Depending on size of Tenderloin) 

Note: Make sure meat is not pink!!!
