Banana’s Foster Ice Cream Topper



Ingredients:   SOOO YUMMY!!!

3 sliced Bananas

1/4 – 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

Shake of Cinnamon

1/4-1/2 cube Butter

Melt butter in a saute pan, add vanilla, cinnamon, once melted and combined add the brown sugar slowly (enough brown sugar to keep the sauce medium soupy). Then add your bananas until they are hot and the sauce is bubbly.  Pour over your ice cream and you are set.  Enjoy!!!!

Coconut-Lime Pork Tenderloin




Pork Tenderloin

1 can Coconut Milk (Trader Joe’s)

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1/2 tbsp Garlic (crushed)

1/4 cup Rice Vinegar

1 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger

1/2 tsp Ground Pepper

1 tbsp Lime Juice

Combine all as a marinade and immerse the pork tenderloin.  Let marinade for 1/2 day.

Cook uncovered in marinade at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.

(Drizzle the marinade over meat and serve)


Saturday morning into afternoon!!!!


A light cleanse for the day!!  Morning coffee, morning smoothie, lunch juice, and water. Oh my!!  The day will be full of drinks!!!  Dinner to drink just not shown.  My Husband is not excited!!!  Here we go!!



Morning smoothie:

1/4 to 1/2 cup oatmeal

1 tsp honey

1/2 cup chocolate almond milk

1 banana

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

1 tsp. peanut butter



Afternoon Juice:

1 cup kale

1/2 cup rasberries

1/2 cup strawberries

1 cucumber

3 carrots
