Saturday morning into afternoon!!!!


A light cleanse for the day!!  Morning coffee, morning smoothie, lunch juice, and water. Oh my!!  The day will be full of drinks!!!  Dinner to drink just not shown.  My Husband is not excited!!!  Here we go!!



Morning smoothie:

1/4 to 1/2 cup oatmeal

1 tsp honey

1/2 cup chocolate almond milk

1 banana

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

1 tsp. peanut butter



Afternoon Juice:

1 cup kale

1/2 cup rasberries

1/2 cup strawberries

1 cucumber

3 carrots
