My Husband and I enjoyed this but my Daughter doesn’t care too much for Sweet and Sour Chicken. It takes a little bit of time to prepare and I got a little concerned when you dip the chicken in the corn starch, then in the egg and then in a pan to brown. The egg on the outside started to look like an omelet. Don’t worry because then it all comes together and works. Make sure you brown the chicken. I am still trying to find that crunchy Chinese style Sweet and Sour Chicken. You know the kind you order at the Chinese Restaurant?
