Pancetta, Sausage, & Veggie Lasagna
1/2 cup Pancetta (Trader Joe’s)
1/2- 1 cup Sausage
Saute Pancetta and Sausage together and set aside until you assemble the lasagna
1 cup chopped raw Spinach
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Oregano
Combine Spinach, Egg, Ricotta Cheese, Basil, & Oregano and set aside until you assemble the lasagna
1/2 cup shredded Carrots
1-2 cups Marinara Sauce
1/4 cup Sliced Olives
2 cups shredded Mozzarella
Lasagna Noodles (Trader Joe’s No Bake) These are great!!! I like to dip the noodles in sauce and let the whole lasagna, after assembled to rest for about 30 minutes to absorb the liquid.
Layer all the ingredients and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Everyone loves the lasagna, how could you not!!!!!
