Everyone loved this and super easy!!!
2 packages Trader Joe’s Spinach Tortellini (In the refrigerator section)
2-32 oz. cartons of Organic Chicken Broth (Trader Joe’s)
Fresh Spinach-2 handfulls
Sun-dried Tomatoes-8 pieces
2-Cloves Garlic chopped
2-Tsp. Olive Oil
Sautee garlic in olive oil in a large pot until golden. Add water and broth and bring to a boil. Add tortellini, sun-dried tomatoes, and carrots and cook to pasta directions. During the last minute of cooking add spinach & pepper, cook until wilted and serve in bowls.

Refried Black Beans Or Organic Black Beans (Trader Joe’s)-1 Can
Red Kidney Beans (Trader Joe’s)-1 Can
Red Bell Pepper-1/2-1 large
Bread Crumbs & Oatmeal-enough to make into a patty
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder-Pinch
Food Process all lightly except the beans & bread crumbs & oats. Once it is to the consistency you want put in beans and blend until incorporated. Lastly pour in your bread crumbs & oats until it is a consistency to form a patty. Make into patty’s and BBQ. So yummy!!! Enjoy!!! Tell me what you think!!!
This was really tasty!
Organic Pumpkin (Canned)- about 2 tbsp.
Almond Milk- 1/2 cup to 1 cup
Peanut Butter- 1 tbsp.
!lb. Laura’s Ground Beef
1/2 Red Onion
1 Clove Garlic
Marinara Sauce-1 1/2 cups
Sautee all above ingredients and set aside.
Fresh Spinach Leaves-1 cup
Shredded Carrots-1 cup
Trader Joe’s No Boil Lasagna Noodles
Ricotta Cheese-1 container
1/2 & 1/2- 1/2 cup- 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese-about 1/2 cup
Mix above 3 ingredients and dip the noodles in this mixture.
Mozzarella Cheese-about 1/2 cup. This is for the top at the end of the assemble.

Alternate all ingredients and layer, start with the meaty, tomato sauce on the bottom. After assembled let sit for 30 minutes. Bake at 375, uncovered for about 45 minutes, until golden brown.
This was so rich and gooey!! Definitely not low fat but oh so good!!!

This was a hit!!! Very good and everyone wants this again!! Plus super easy!!
Pizza dough (Trader Joe’s-regular, in the refrigerator section)
Pizza Sauce (Trader Joe’s Jar)-To your liking
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese-To your liking
Sliced Salami-To your liking
Fresh Spinach-To your liking
Directions: Roll out your dough on a floured board and make into a circle. Pour on pizza sauce, place your mozzarella, spinach and salami on top. Fold 1/2 the dough over to cover toppings and smoosh down the sides. Pour a little more sauce over calzone and sprinkle shredded mozzarella. Bake according to dough directions. I bake until it is golden on the crust. Then slice width wise. It just melts in your mouth!!!!
Cakey Lemon Bar Brownies Link
Some said they were good and some said they either need to be lemon bars with the crust or chocolate brownies. I liked them. Cakey like it says and lemony. I love lemon so you can’t go wrong. Good stuff!!!!
