Vinegar & Oil Slaw



This is a great, healthy, crunchy alternative to salad.


Shredded Cabbage-about 2-3 cups

Cherry Tomatoes-Handful 

Almonds-1/2 cup

Carrots-1/2 cup sliced

Broccoli-1/2 cup chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste

Olive oil & Red Wine Vinegar-to your liking (I like it a little tangy so I add a lot of vinegar)

Sugar-1 tsp.- 1 1/2 tsp.

Lemon-juice from half

Combine all ingredients and mix up well.  If you let it sit a little bit in the refrigerator the dressing soaks in a little bit more and combines all the flavors!!    Tasty!!!
