When you bite into it you will know what I mean.  You definitely need to try this one.  My fav!!!  You can watch the video in the link and see how she makes them.  Also, go check out her show on Food Network, I love it!!!

I was so excited to try this recipe that once I made it I forgot to take a picture.  So sorry, but please trust me it was super good.  I did use Trader Joe’s Chicken and Apple sausage instead to try and be a little more healthy than Kielbasa.  Also, I added some chopped fresh spinach and shredded green cabbage layered over the top about half way through the pot cooking process so it just steamed the veggies and added some greens.  This recipe makes enough for 4 people but no more.  I think you need to try!! Super flavorful!!  Enjoy!!!!

Great recipe!!  I was craving those fall flavors again and had an extra can of pumpkin in the pantry and decided it was time to make something. Well, this was really easy and everyone enjoyed it!!  I love serving it warm, add some ice cream or whipped cream or both.  Just one tip, don’t over bake.  It is easy to do because it doesn’t look quite done.  Just be careful.  Enjoy!!! Oh, it also makes the house smell super yummy!!
